Title: ICT Governance Officer - CDI

Description:

The IT Support department is responsible for the daily operations and applications support. In order to support our team, we are looking for an ICT Governance Officer on a permanent contract.

Your main tasks will be:

 Assist with the follow-up of audit findings and governance actions, maintain the IT issue register and work closely with the head of IT and relevant IT teams to support timely resolution and effective governance oversight  Manage the IT controls catalogue, helping to ensure activities are delivered, documented and tracked in line with agreed timelines  Contribute to the ICT third-party register for ICT vendors owned by IT Division and including maintenance of relevant registers and supporting governance processes  Supporting vendor governance, maintain accurate visibility on Vendors and SLA reviews, contract renewals and vendor management activities  Prepare ICT governance reporting, dashboards and Management Indicators that provide visibility on key governance activities  Coordinate the review cycle of IT policies and standards, helping to maintain an up-to-date governance framework  Maintain the IT risk register, support risk assessment activities, including Third Party Risk Assessment, track risk mitigation actions, and prepare risk reporting for governance forums  Assist the Heads of IT Department with defining, tracking and reporting on IT governance KPIs and metrics, including control effectiveness, audit remediation rates, …  Act as the primary coordinator for external audits and regulatory examinations affecting IT, including document requests, interview scheduling, and response tracking  Perform regulatory watch of CSSF regulations to identify IT compliance gaps which should require IT process/procedures amendments

Job requirements:

 Studies in Information Technology  Relevant experience in support functions in banking environment and with regulations like DORA  Strong analytical skills, Knowledge of ServiceNow and Office Suite will be real assets  Fluent in English. French is an asset  Fast learner, ability to work autonomously  Positive and proactive attitude towards new tasks  Good organisation skills and stress resilience  Good team player and communicator
