WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT LEADER

Job Summary Support the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations, coordinating cross-departmentally, managing inventory accuracy, and resolving operational issues to ensure efficient shipment and delivery processes. Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations and manage staff activities under the guidance of the Warehouse Manager to ensure smooth workflow Coordinate effectively with Purchasing, Sales, and Delivery teams to align warehouse activities with business needs Execute picking, packing, and issuing of shipments and deliveries accurately and timely Maintain inventory and location accuracy by monitoring stock levels and implementing control measures for timely replenishment Investigate root causes of operational incidents and service failures, and recommend corrective actions to management for continuous improvement Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Warehouse Manager and Management to support warehouse functions
