A genuine love for people : You’re someone who enjoys meeting new people, making connections, and ensuring they have an unforgettable time. Attention to detail : You understand that the little things—like remembering a guest’s name or offering a personalized recommendation—can make all the difference. Barista experience : For baristas, previous experience with espresso machines, coffee drinks, and providing excellent coffee service is a big plus.
