Assistant Manager, Logistics

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS

• Manage, coach and lead a team of logistics personnel.
• Ensure proper stock management control and timely delivery of goods.

• Plan, organize and coordinate the deployment of staff and logistics for events.
• Ensure day to day operations are run smoothly.

• Overall events management, including on-site execution and smooth delivery of event.
• Handle buffet delivery, set-up and collection.

• Handle tingkat delivery.
• Collect payment for orders on cash-on delivery terms.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the assigned catering vehicle.
• Manage inventory level and condition of the allocated catering equipment.

• Any other tasks as and when assigned by Management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics and Warehouse management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with minimum 2 years of managerial experience.

• Excellent working knowledge of warehouse management and operations.
• Dynamic, self-disciplined and highly motivated.

• A good team player, committed, able to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Bilingual.
