SMT Tooling ME Engineer（ English speaking）

1. Participation of new projects, make sure MP runs smoothly;

新项目的参与,确保量产顺利运行. 2.Maintenance and optimization of on line tools safety, capacity, and action coordination; 在线夹具的安全,产能,动作协调等各方面维护及优化. 3.Normal maintenance ,arrangement of preventability and foreseeability maintenance and maintenance plan making; 常规保养,预防性及预见性维修维护安排,保养计划的制定 4.Balance management of tool&spare parts management system and MES system; 夹具及通用备件实物管理系统及MES系统的平衡管理.

1. Responsible for layout management of common machine, convenient for department internally coordination;

所负责的小型通用设备的布局管理，方便部门内部协调. 6.Preparation and upgrade of procedure document, station SOP and maintenance check list; 所负责工位程序文件,工位作业指导书及保养点检作业指导书的拟定及升级. 7.ompletion of related report:L/Q buyoff report, team working report, improvement and optimization report, and drawing up for some standardization; 相关报告完成 :L/Q Buyoff 报告; 团队工作报告;改善优化报告; 部分标准化的拟定 8.Tool check and acceptance related task dealing with; 夹具验收事项的处理. 9.Tool capacity in tool room management , scrapping of non frequency-used tools,idle tools ,tools beyond repair, and tools for products EOL. 仓库夹具容量管理,非常用夹具,闲置夹具,无法维修夹具,产品EOL夹具的报废处理.

1. Training for new employees and on line technicians;

团队新进人员及在线技工技师培训. 11.Resolvation of emergency issues and on-line problems, quick repair info sharing. 突发问题及在线疑难问题解决,快速维修信息的共享.

Qualifications: Good team working and safety and excution spirit;具有很好团队意识，安全意识，执行力； Good team management experience and overall arrangement ability;具有较好的团队管理经验，统筹安排能力； Effective lengthways and crosswise communication skills and connecting link ability;有效纵向,横向沟通能力，承上启下作用; PC software application ability and CAD design skills；电脑软件使用能力,CAD绘图能力; Fluent English reading ,writing and communication skills;流利英语读写及沟通能力; Clear working report preparaion skills and feedback ability；清晰地工作报告制作及反馈能力.
