📞Sales Support Executive/ Customer Service (5 Days)

5-Month Contract, Convertible Salary:  S$2,800 – S$3,500 Location:  Woodlands Hours:  Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM Responsibilities Take over newly signed F&B clients from BD Managers. Provide ongoing customer service and account support. Build client relationships and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities. Attend to enquiries, including social media. Follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable. Prepare basic client and sales progress reports. Requirements Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in F&B/FMCG. Good customer service and communication skills. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
