Your tasks

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in performing external audit fieldwork under supervision
• Support audit team in documentation of audit procedures in accordance with firm and regulatory standards (e.g., SSA)

• Prepare audit working papers using audit software and templates
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports under Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRs)

• Establish good working relationships with clients and engagement team members.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior

Requirements

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, ACCA, or an equivalent qualification recognised by ISCA
• At least 1 year’s working experience in audit firm

• Proficient in computer skills & Ms Office
• Team player with strong analytical skills and time management skills, attention to detail

• Strong technical knowledge of accounting and auditing standards
• Need to communicate with Chinese speaking clients

• Experience with audits of VCC, shipping companies, commodity trading companies, consolidation and group audits is an advantage
• Candidates who are able to commence work immediately is an advantage
