Fund Operations Analyst F/M - Fixed-term contract

Our Client, an international financial services company, is looking for an Fund Operations Analyst F/M for a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee fund accounting operations, including cash and portfolio reconciliations, cash monitoring, and supervision of cash management activities.
• Manage complex fund events and transactions such as fund launches, mergers, in-kind transfers, and asset transferability analysis.
• Produce and review financial and regulatory reporting, including financial statements, audits, and key metrics (TER, turnover, yield), as well as data for PRIIPs/MiFID/RG97 requirements.
• Ensure NAV oversight, including asset valuation (pricing, fair value), performance validation, hedging (currency overlay), swing pricing, and accounting for complex instruments and derivatives.
• Conduct budget monitoring and accrual reviews, and report to internal committees and stakeholders.
• Maintain regulatory and industry awareness through continuous monitoring and engagement with market developments.
• Support and mentor junior team members.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects, including process design, task allocation, and ensuring timely delivery of outputs.

Profile:

• Few years of experience in the investment management industry related to fund operations and similar roles
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Good understanding of alternative investment funds and/or UCITS funds. Experience with private credit funds is a plus.
• Good understanding of the fund accounting and custody functions.
• Strong numerical ability, high proficiency with Excel. Tableau, Alteryx, Eagle Investment Systems are a plus
