Your tasks

• จัดเตรียมและปรุงอาหารตามมาตรฐานรสชาติและคุณภาพของร้าน
• ตรวจสอบวัตถุดิบให้สดใหม่และเพียงพอสำหรับการให้บริการในแต่ละวัน
• จัดเตรียมเครื่องปรุงและอุปกรณ์ในครัวให้อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งาน
• ควบคุมเวลาและขั้นตอนการปรุงอาหารให้มีประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อให้บริการลูกค้าได้ทันเวลา
• รักษาความสะอาดของพื้นที่ครัว อุปกรณ์ และภาชนะให้ได้มาตรฐานสุขอนามัย
• ทำงานร่วมกับทีมครัวและทีมเสิร์ฟอย่างเป็นระบบ เพื่อให้การบริการเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
• ปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยในการทำงานและความปลอดภัยทางอาหาร (Food Safety)
• Prepare and cook dishes according to restaurant quality and flavor standards.
• Check and ensure freshness and sufficient quantity of ingredients daily.
• Prepare cooking tools and ingredients, keeping the kitchen ready at all times.
• Manage cooking time and workflow efficiently to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Cooperate closely with the kitchen and service team for smooth operation.
• Follow all safety and food hygiene standards in daily work.

Requirements

1. อายุ 18 ปี ขึ้นไป
2. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในครัว จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ / Kitchen experience will be considered an advantage.
3. มีใจรักในการทำอาหาร และต้องการพัฒนาทักษะฝีมือของตนเอง / Passionate about cooking and eager to develop personal skills.
4. สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม และปฏิบัติตามคำสั่งหัวหน้าเชฟได้ดี / Able to follow instructions from the Head Chef effectively
5. มีความรับผิดชอบ ขยัน อดทน
6. รักงานบริการ และใส่ใจคุณภาพอาหาร
