Job description

Lead the regulatory reporting function across multiple Middle East entities.

Oversee preparation, review, and submission of prudential regulatory returns.

Monitor and implement regulatory reporting changes across the region.

Ensure compliance with applicable prudential regulations and reporting standards.

Produce and enhance management information packs for senior leadership and committees.

Partner with finance and business stakeholders to provide analytical insights and business performance reporting.

Lead regulatory reporting automation and process improvement initiatives.

Manage regulatory reporting policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.

Coordinate with auditors and regulators on reporting-related matters.

Assess the impact of new regulatory requirements and drive implementation plans.

Lead and develop a team responsible for reporting and management information activities.

Support strategic projects and provide regulatory expertise on key business initiatives.

The successful applicant

Extensive banking regulatory reporting experience within a multinational financial institution.

Strong understanding of prudential regulatory reporting requirements.

Experience leading finance, reporting, or regulatory reporting teams.

Proven track record of delivering reporting automation and process improvement initiatives.

Strong management information, financial analysis, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Ability to communicate complex regulatory and financial concepts to senior stakeholders.

Experience operating within a complex international banking environment.

Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent preferred.

Demonstrated project delivery and change management experience.

Strong leadership and people management skills.
