Assistant Restaurant Manager

About the role: Manage and oversee daily restaurant operations, leading and developing the restaurant team while ensuring excellent guest service and compliance with standards and procedures.

Key responsibilities: Manage and oversee daily restaurant operations Lead, supervise, and develop the restaurant team Ensure excellent guest service and handle complaints professionally Monitor service quality, food & beverage standards, and SOP compliance Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and other departments Monitor sales, costs, stock, and overall restaurant performance Conduct staff briefing, training, and performance evaluation Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and restaurant standards Drive upselling and support revenue targets Prepare daily operational reports and communicate issues to management
