Job Title Finance Accountant / Finance Manager (Trade Finance & Full Sets) Job Scope & Key Responsibilities Full Set Accounting & Closing

Handle full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliation). 负责全套账目处理（应付账款、应收账款、总账、存货、固定资产及银行对账）。 Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing processes accurately and on time. 准确按时地管理月度、季度和年度财务结账流程。 Prepare financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS). 严格按照新加坡财务报告准则（SFRS）编制财务报表（损益表、资产负债表、现金流量表）。

Letter of Credit (LC) & Trade Finance Operations

Thoroughly review, vet, and negotiate Import/Export LC terms and conditions under UCP 600 and ISBP guidelines to mitigate commercial and operational risks. 依据 UCP 600 和 ISBP 规范，严格审核及协商进出口信用证（LC）各项条款，以规避商业与操作风险。 Ensure strict compliance of trade and shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Inspection report, Packing List, Insurance, CO) with LC terms to prevent discrepancies and bank rejections. 确保航运及贸易单据（海运提单、商业发票、商检单，装箱单、保险单、原产地证等）与 LC 条款完全一致，防止出现不符点和银行拒付。 Oversee trade financing execution, including LC issuance, Trust Receipts (TR), Bills for Collection (DA/DP), and negotiation with financial institutions. 统筹贸易融资执行，包括信用证申请开立、信托收据、托收以及与金融机构接洽议付。 Monitor foreign exchange (FX) risk exposure and hedging execution associated with trade transactions. 监控与贸易交易相关的外汇（FX）风险敞口及套期保值执行情况。

Tax, Statutory Compliance & Ad-hoc Support

Prepare and submit quarterly Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns. 编制并申报季度消费税（GST）。 Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretaries, and banking relationship managers (RMs). 与外部审计师、税务代理、公司秘书及银行客户经理保持日常对接。 Support management on ad-hoc accounting, financial reporting, and operational tasks as required. 根据管理层要求，支持临时的（Ad-hoc）财务、会计及运营相关工作任务。 Job Requirements Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy/Finance or professional qualification (ACCA, CA Singapore, or equivalent). 会计或金融专业本科学历，或具备专业资格认证（ACCA、新加坡注册会计师 CA 或同等学历）。 Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in full set of accounts within international trading, import/export, or commodities industries. 至少 3–5 年国际贸易、进出口或大宗商品行业全套账目实操经验。

Specialized LC Knowledge & Communication

Deep understanding and practical knowledge of Incoterms 2020, UCP 600, and ISBP trade rules. 深入理解并熟练掌握国际贸易术语 Incoterms 2020、UCP 600 和 ISBP 规则。 Proven track record of vetting LC clauses, identifying risks, and preparing discrepancy-free LC documentation. 具备丰富的 LC 条款审核经验，能精准识别条款风险，并能独立准备无不符点的 LC 单据。 Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. 具备流利的中文听说读写能力，以便与讲中文的客户、供应商及内部团队顺畅沟通。

Software & Attributes

Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Office applications, with advanced expertise in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, financial modelling); 熟练掌握 Microsoft Office 系列办公软件，精通 MS Excel（如 VLOOKUP、数据透视表及财务建模）； Knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero will be an added advantage. 如熟悉QuickBooks 或Xero等财务软件者优先/加分。 Detail-oriented, highly analytical, and able to work flexibly in a fast-paced trading environment. 注重细节、具备较强的分析能力，能够灵活适应快节奏的贸易工作环境。
