Affiliate Specialist

Your tasks

1. Affiliate Marketing Management

• Develop and manage affiliate marketing campaigns, mainly on TikTok Shop and other relevant affiliate platforms.
• Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with affiliates, creators, KOLs, and influencers.
• Coordinate with affiliates to drive product promotion, sales, and brand awareness.

1. TikTok & Meta Ads

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on TikTok Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
• Analyze campaign performance, including ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and sales revenue.
• Work with affiliates and content creators to identify high-performing content and scale successful campaigns.

1. Campaign & Performance Optimization

• Monitor campaign budgets, sales performance, and marketing ROI.
• Identify growth opportunities and improve affiliate conversion and advertising efficiency.
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommend data-driven improvements.

1. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with the E-commerce, Sales, and Content teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.
• Coordinate product promotions, campaign calendars, affiliate commissions, and special offers.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
2. At least 2 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
3. Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Affiliate, TikTok Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
4. Strong understanding of affiliate recruitment, creator management, and campaign optimization.
5. Experience analyzing campaign performance, including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
6. Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
8. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
