Local Purchasing Section Head

Lead, coach, and develop the Purchasing team.

Drive sourcing, bidding, purchasing, and supplier negotiations.

Evaluate vendors based on cost, quality, availability, and delivery.

Negotiate contracts and secure the best commercial deals.

Ensure purchasing activities follow company policies and procedures.

Partner with Quality and other departments to resolve supplier issues.

Monitor team performance and contribute to PMS activities.

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

10–15 years of relevant experience in Purchasing/Procurement.

Strong technical background.

Excellent negotiation & communication skills.

Very good command of English.

Very good MS Office skills.

Strong decision-making, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
