Your tasks

About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Sales Team Lead to manage customer relationships, improve customer service processes, and drive commercial growth in the non-financial sector.

This role combines direct work with business clients and team leadership. You will manage your own customer portfolio, ensure existing customers continue to use our services, identify opportunities to grow revenue from current accounts, and help improve how we acquire and onboard new customers.

The role will initially focus on customer service, portfolio management, and process improvement. Over time, you will also take on greater responsibility for leading new sales activities and improving the customer journey from the first contact to onboarding and ongoing service.

Customer Service Operations & Performance

  • Take ownership of customer service performance, including KPIs, contract renewals, customer retention, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead and support the customer service team, establishing clear priorities, responsibilities, and effective ways of working.
  • Review and improve existing processes, including CRM usage, customer handovers, reporting, and follow-up activities.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and automate routine tasks or move operational activities to the back office where appropriate.
  • Monitor customer retention and revenue at risk, ensuring potential issues are identified and addressed proactively.
  • Establish a structured approach to customer communication and follow-ups to ensure consistent service quality and customer engagement.

Customer Portfolio Growth & Sales Development

  • Manage and develop your own portfolio of business clients, gradually taking responsibility for larger and more strategic accounts.
  • Build strong customer relationships, understand business needs, and ensure customers get value from Creditinfo's services.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, increased product usage, and the introduction of additional services.
  • Drive contract renewals and customer retention, proactively addressing churn risks and opportunities to strengthen long-term relationships.
  • Support new customer acquisition and gradually take on greater responsibility for coordinating and leading new sales activities.
  • Improve the customer journey from lead generation and initial contact through onboarding, product adoption, and ongoing account management.
  • Work with the team to prioritize sales opportunities, improve conversion rates, and ensure effective handovers between sales and customer service.
  • Take ownership of team performance and contribute to achieving customer retention, revenue growth, and sales targets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing to support lead generation and targeted campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to identify customer needs and opportunities to improve product offerings and increase product adoption.
  • Share customer feedback and market insights to support product and commercial development.
  • Support customer education initiatives, including meetings, webinars, and other activities that help customers get more value from Creditinfo's services.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, takes ownership of results, and can balance day-to-day execution with improving how the team works.

  • Experience in B2B sales, account management, customer success, or customer service operations.
  • Experience leading a team, coordinating colleagues, or taking ownership of shared business results.
  • A hands-on approach and a willingness to work directly with customers rather than focus exclusively on management.
  • A strong commercial mindset and the ability to identify opportunities to retain and grow existing business.
  • Understanding of customer retention, contract renewals, upselling, cross-selling, and customer onboarding.
  • Experience working with KPIs, reporting, CRM systems, and performance tracking.
  • The ability to improve processes, identify inefficiencies, and turn ideas into practical changes.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to work with both smaller businesses and larger corporate customers.
  • A structured, analytical approach and a sense of ownership for results.
  • Fluent in Lithuanian and English is a must.
