Operation Manager

Responsibilities Oversee and support daily operational and production activities.

Coordinate with production, quality, warehouse, maintenance, and planning teams.

Monitor operational performance and recommend process improvements.

Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.

Analyze operational KPIs and implement efficiency initiatives.

Support continuous improvement and operational excellence programs.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.

Experience in Manufacturing, Production, Factory Operations, or Industrial Operations.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Good command of English.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement is an advantage.
