Group FP&A & Transformation Manager - Finance Team
The Group FP&A & Finance Transformation Manager will lead the Group's financial planning, reporting and business intelligence capabilities across all UK brands. The role will be responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality financial insight to support decision-making, while driving finance transformation through improved systems, automation and data analytics.
Working closely with the Group Finance Director, Commercial Financial Controller and Group Financial Controller, the role will establish a single source of financial truth across the business, improving reporting consistency, forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency.
Salary range : £68,000 - £75,000 DOE Reporting to: Finance Director, EMEA
Job Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
Lead the Group budgeting and forecasting process across all brands.
Consolidate financial forecasts and provide meaningful analysis and commentary.
Develop long-term financial models and scenario planning.
Support business cases for investment, recruitment and strategic initiatives.
Group Reporting
Produce monthly Executive and Board reporting packs.
Develop consistent KPI reporting across all brands.
Deliver insightful variance analysis and identify financial risks and opportunities.
Standardise reporting across the Group.
Business Intelligence & Data
Own the Group Power BI reporting suite.
Develop dashboards for Finance, Managing Directors and Executive Leadership.
Improve accessibility and quality of financial information.
Drive data governance and reporting consistency.
Finance Systems
Act as the Finance lead for Maconomy.
Improve data integrity and system utilisation.
Standardise reporting structures across brands.
Support future finance systems enhancements.
Finance Transformation
Identify opportunities to automate finance processes.
Lead the implementation of AI tools within Finance.
Reduce manual reporting through automation.
Drive continuous improvement across finance processes.
Business Partnering
Support Senior Financial Controller with commercial analysis and forecasting.
Support Finance Director with Board reporting and strategic analysis.
Support Finance Controller with reporting requirements for Group and statutory reporting.
Work collaboratively with Finance Managers and Management Accountants to improve reporting quality.
Audit Support
Support the annual external audit process by preparing financial reports, data extracts and analysis as required.
Assist the Group Financial Controller in responding to audit requests in a timely manner.

What you'll need
Essential
Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or equivalent commercial FP&A experience.
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
Advanced Excel and Power BI.
Experience working with ERP systems (Maconomy experience desirable).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred
Experience leading finance transformation projects.
Experience implementing automation or AI solutions.
Professional Services or Agency experience.
Multi-entity reporting experience.
