DESIGN COORDINATOR, ARCHITECTURE

Your Role

Work closely with a team of BIM Modellers in the design and coordination works

Responsible for preparing construction drawings including shop drawings submissions and approvals.

Supervise work progress on site, and liaise closely with consultants, sub-contractors and operation team

Involved in tendering work

The Requirements

Degree in Architecture with minimum 3 years’ relevant experience with a main construction firm

Be able to read and understand construction drawings

Has project experience in buildings / hotels

Be meticulous, highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills
