Patient Coordinator

- Resolve routine patient concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of customer service at all times
- Coordinate physician schedules to maximize clinic utilization.
- Collect blood and other approved laboratory specimens from patients following established clinical protocols.
- Monitor and maintain phlebotomy supplies and report shortages.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Nursing, Medical Laboratory Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related healthcare field.
- Demonstrated competency in blood sample collection is preferred
- 2–4 years of experience in patient services, front office, nursing assistance, laboratory sample collection, or customer service.
- Experience in clinics, hospitals, laboratories, diagnostic centers, or retail healthcare is preferred.
