What You'll Do

Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience for every guest

Educate customers on products and make personalized recommendations

Process transactions accurately using POS systems

Prepare and package online and in-store orders

Assist with inventory, merchandising, stocking, and maintaining an organized sales floor

Verify customer documentation and maintain accurate records

Stay current on promotions, products, and industry regulations

What We're Looking For

21+ years old

1+ year of retail, sales, or customer service experience

Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Bonus Points For

Cannabis industry experience

Bilingual skills

Inventory management or POS system experience (Dutchie preferred)
