Job Title: Social Worker - Adults Short Term Intervention Location: Darlington Rate: £198 per day

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join an Adults team based in Darlington.

What will your responsibilities be? In this role, you will work within the RIACT team, providing short-term interventions. You will collaborate closely with health colleagues in a co-located setting, focusing on hospital discharge support and managing community crises.

Qualifications and Experiences: To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.
