Production Worker with Mechanical Insight

Since its inception in 2003, the company has grown step by step and continues to do so. By 2027 the company is aiming for 300+ employees working together on 25 000 unique packaging assignments.

We are looking for a motivated production worker with mechanical insight to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Setting up and adjusting various packaging machines

-

Monitoring and checking different packaging lines

-

Intervening and troubleshooting minor technical issues when needed (mechanical)

Providing general support in the production environment

-

Carrying out small practical tasks, such as hanging signs and other light maintenance jobs

You have a basic understanding of mechanics

-

You are practical, hands-on, and solution-oriented

Experience in a packaging environment is an advantage

-

You speak English (Dutch and/or French are a plus)

You are available to work during daytime shifts on a daily basis

-

You work accurately and can function independently
