Facility Manager (Manufacturing Industry Experience Preferred)

Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the facility, including maintenance, utilities, and building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, etc.)

Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life

Manage facility-related capital projects, including renovations, expansions, and equipment installations

Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, and local/state regulatory requirements

Lead safety initiatives related to facility operations and support plant-wide safety programs

Coordinate with production, engineering, and leadership teams to align facility operations with manufacturing goals

Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers
