Projects and Maintenance Engineer

Ensure all retail projects are delivered with high-end quality standards.

Follow up on new branch projects and renovations, ensuring timely execution according to specifications.

Manage all project phases, including project set-up, design, team coordination, and construction administration.

Coordinate with contractors, engineers, architects, and vendors for high-quality delivery.

Arrange and attend site activity meetings, documenting outcomes as required.

Interact with Mall Management to coordinate work, timelines, and costs during the store/unit execution phase.

Ensure all stores/units are fully operational by scheduled opening dates, aligned with brand and operational standards.

Manage and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs across all branch systems, including regular site visits, monitoring operations, and ensuring corrective actions are taken.

Prepare maintenance reports including quality assurance, cost management, and SLA compliance.

Ensure all branches maintain operational standards, safety, and overall quality.

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.

1-3 years of experience in retail fit-out projects.
