Service Crew [sign on bonus]

Minimum of 6 consecutive months commitment One time sign-on bonus of $500 after 6 consecutive months of work.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES As a Service Crew, you will work with your Team Members to deliver a high-quality service experience that exceeds customer expectations:

• Welcoming guests according to company standards in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the room and keeping the environment tidy at all times
• Able to perform duties like taking food and drink orders, cashiering and any other ad hoc duties from time to time.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of work areas
• Ensure that guests received attention at all times
• Building and maintaining good rapport with the guest
• Manage and deliver/serve drinks/food
• Perform general basic service
• Establish rapport with guests to build loyal and satisfied customers

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Minimum O-level education
• Outgoing, presentable and service-oriented
• Cheerful, independent and self-motivated
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holiday
