International Data Center & Infrastructure Development Manager

We are a technology company focused on AI compute infrastructure, with two core businesses: building and operating IDC data centers, and GPU compute leasing for AI training, inference and HPC customers worldwide.

Your tasks

About the Role We are looking for a data center business development professional to source, assess and secure data center capacity overseas to support our large-scale AI compute deployments.

• Source data center opportunities – greenfield sites, leasing, colocation and large-scale AI deployment sites
• Assess sites on power capacity, cooling, network connectivity, rack density, delivery timeline and scalability

• Lead negotiations with operators and facility owners on leasing, colocation, capacity reservation and SLAs
• Coordinate technical due diligence, site visits and feasibility studies with internal teams

• Build a network of operators, power providers, carriers, contractors and local developers; maintain a regional resource pipeline
• Track delivery readiness and work with sales, engineering, procurement, legal and investment teams

Requirements

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years in business development, project development or resource sourcing in data centers, IDC, cloud or telecom infrastructure
• Established relationships with international data center operators, facility owners or infrastructure partners

• Proven experience in data center leasing, colocation, site selection or development, with real deal results
• Good understanding of IT load, power capacity, PUE, rack density, cooling, SLAs and leasing cost structures

• Strong commercial analysis and contract negotiation skills
• Fluent in English; willing to travel internationally

Good to Have

• Experience sourcing or developing overseas Bitcoin mining sites or large-scale power resources
• Relationships with mining facility owners, landowners, power providers or infrastructure investors

• Understanding of converting mining facilities into AI data centers / GPU infrastructure
