*KeyPak* is seeking a *Marketing Manager* to lead our growing marketing function and help drive the next stage of our growth. This role reports directly to the *CEO*, offering a unique opportunity to influence strategy, lead key initiatives, and make a visible impact across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a small marketing team
• Drive lead generation, digital marketing, email, social media, and campaign strategy
• Partner with Sales and leadership to align marketing with business growth goals
• Analyze performance data and optimize marketing ROI
• Manage budgets, projects, and marketing initiatives from concept to execution

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of progressive marketing experience
• Experience leading and developing a marketing team
• Strong background in digital marketing, lead generation, and analytics
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach
