Site HSE Manager (Project Košice)

Lead and promote a strong Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) culture across the project and contractor teams. Develop, implement and maintain the Site HSE Management System, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements. Conduct risk assessments, audits, inspections and incident investigations to continuously improve site safety performance. Deliver HSE training, inductions and awareness programs, while supporting emergency response and Permit to Work processes. Monitor HSE KPIs, prepare reports, manage documentation and support supplier HSE qualification and continuous improvement initiatives.

Degree in Health, Safety, Environment, Engineering, or a recognized HSE qualification (e.g., NEBOSH); additional certifications are an advantage. Minimum 5 years of site-based HSE leadership experience in Construction/Commissioning on large international projects. Strong knowledge of Slovak and international HSE regulations, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SCC, and HSE best practices. Certified ISO 14001/45001 Auditor with good MS Office skills . Fluent in Slovak and English with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
