Job Details
- Salary: $2,000 – $2,400 + Monthly Commissions of up to $20,000
- Working Hours: 9:00am – 6:30pm, Monday to Friday
- Working Location: Novena
- Working Days: 5 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Engage existing and potential customers through outbound calls
- Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Follow up with customers to generate sales opportunities
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Provide professional and excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Requirements
- Minimum N-Level qualification
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Telesales or outbound sales experience will be an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, proactive and target-driven attitude
- Comfortable speaking to customers over the phone
