SUPERVISOR

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee our civil engineering and building projects. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site activities, ensuring that all works are executed safely, on schedule, and in strict accordance with technical specifications and Singapore’s regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Oversee daily operations and manage a team of workers and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Safety Leadership: Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations. Conduct daily toolbox meetings and ensure all personnel use appropriate PPE.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship complies with CONQUAS standards and approved blueprints/technical drawings.
• Coordination: Liaise with Project Managers, Architects, and Engineers to resolve site technicalities and resource bottlenecks.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate daily site diaries, manpower logs, and progress reports for management review.
• Resource Management: Monitor material deliveries and equipment usage to minimize wastage and maintain a tidy worksite.

Skills & Attributes

• Technical Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and blueprints accurately.
• Language: Proficiency in English is required for reporting; ability to speak a second language (e.g., Mandarin, Tamil, or Bengali) is helpful for worker communication.
• Driver’s License: Possession of a valid Class 3 Driving License is highly preferred for travel between project sites.
• Problem-Solving: Strong interpersonal skills with a "can-do" attitude to resolve on-site conflicts or delays.
