Systems Analyst

Accountabilities: Provide technical application solutions and support for assigned healthcare business areas under the guidance of management.

Collaborate with team members to understand product requirements, configure solutions, and implement system changes and fixes.

Perform application configuration activities and generate or configure reports based on user requirements.

Provide production support and assist with resolving technical issues escalated by service desk teams.

Maintain accurate technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and support materials for assigned applications.

Follow established processes, documentation standards, and reporting practices to ensure quality and compliance.

Analyze recurring defects, identify root causes, prioritize improvements, and implement solutions to prevent future issues.

Coordinate with project and resource managers to support delivery timelines and project objectives.

Participate in workshops, focus groups, vendor training sessions, and product demonstrations.

Requirements:

2–3 years of professional experience in the healthcare domain.

Hands-on experience with healthcare IT systems and applications.

Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7 and FHIR.

Understanding of programming fundamentals and object-oriented programming concepts.

Experience with interface engines such as Mirth, Ensemble, eLink, Cloverleaf, Corepoint, Openlink, or similar platforms.

Familiarity with US healthcare processes and healthcare system workflows is considered a plus.

Ability to understand operational processes, follow defined procedures, and support daily technical activities.

Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Flexibility to work in shifts when required.
