Accountabilities: The ServiceNow Consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow solutions while ensuring alignment with business requirements and platform best practices.

Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications based on business and technical requirements.

Build and maintain workflows using Flow Designer, custom flow actions, and automation capabilities.

Develop and configure Business Rules, Script Includes, Service Portal widgets, and custom widgets.

Create and manage integrations using Scripted REST APIs, REST Messages, API Explorer, and related technologies.

Configure data migration processes using Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Data Sources.

Develop and maintain frontend components using JavaScript, AngularJS, Bootstrap, and Service Portal technologies.

Customize ServiceNow solutions to support Financial Services Operations (FSO) requirements.

Perform technical analysis, troubleshooting, testing, and deployment activities.

Collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Ensure solutions follow platform standards, maintainability guidelines, and quality practices.

Provide technical documentation and support knowledge sharing across teams.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to deliver enterprise-level solutions. The candidate should combine technical expertise with excellent communication skills.

7+ years of professional experience working with ServiceNow, including at least 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

Strong experience with ServiceNow custom application development.

Hands-on experience with Financial Services Operations (FSO) implementations.

Proven expertise with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and workflow automation.

Experience developing Service Portal widgets and custom widgets.

Strong knowledge of Scripted REST APIs, REST Messages, and API Explorer.

Experience creating custom flow actions and integrations.

Experience with Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Data Sources.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, and Bootstrap.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is preferred.

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is preferred.
