Accountabilities: As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development and evolution of complex applications, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with technical best practices.

Design, develop, and maintain complete solutions across backend and frontend layers using Java Spring, React, Node.js, and Oracle SQL.

Lead the implementation of new features and improvements for enterprise-level systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

Analyze business requirements, propose technical solutions, and contribute to software architecture decisions.

Build and integrate secure and scalable RESTful APIs between different systems and services.

Ensure efficient integration between legacy platforms and modern applications.

Perform code reviews, refactoring activities, and technical improvements to maintain high code quality standards.

Mentor other developers by sharing knowledge, supporting technical growth, and promoting engineering best practices.

Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines to automate build, testing, and deployment processes.

Explore opportunities to apply artificial intelligence capabilities to improve development workflows and system processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a senior technology professional with strong fullstack development experience, solid engineering fundamentals, and the ability to work independently in complex environments.

Advanced experience developing enterprise applications using Java Spring and Oracle SQL.

Strong frontend development skills with React and experience building complex, scalable interfaces.

Experience with Node.js for backend development and service integration.

Solid knowledge of RESTful API design, development, and consumption.

Strong understanding of software architecture principles and modern development practices.

Experience using Git for version control in collaborative development environments.

Experience creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with a focus on automation and quality.

Ability to analyze technical challenges, propose improvements, and make sound engineering decisions.

Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in multidisciplinary teams.

Experience mentoring developers and contributing to technical discussions is highly valued.
