Accountabilities: Partner with OCM leaders, consultants, learning strategists, technical professionals, and project managers to deliver high-quality organizational change initiatives.

Lead OCM activities including vision discovery, project kickoffs, change scope analysis, workshops, stakeholder interviews, surveys, focus groups, and post-implementation reviews.

Develop and execute organizational change strategies that support Microsoft 365 adoption and broader digital transformation initiatives.

Create communication, training, and change champion plans tailored to specific audiences, organizational cultures, and business objectives.

Develop new OCM offerings and engagement approaches related to Microsoft Copilot and emerging Microsoft technologies.

Educate end-users, champions, managers, and stakeholders to encourage confident technology adoption and reduce resistance or anxiety around change.

Establish, nurture, and support communities of change champions throughout transformation programs.

Measure adoption and transformation success, analyze results, and adjust strategies and tactics based on identified needs.

Design and implement change management plans using established methodologies and consistent best practices.

Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to project teams, change champions, and junior consultants.

Collaborate closely with project managers, IT professionals, customer stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align OCM activities with broader project objectives.

Lead assessments and discussions with C-suite executives, IT contacts, and end-users, with a focus on collaboration, governance, productivity, wellbeing, and engagement.

Build and share organizational change knowledge through workshops, training sessions, blogs, and other channels.

Stay current on Microsoft 365 developments and emerging technologies while developing new OCM materials, methodologies, and client engagements.

Requirements:

5+ years of professional experience in organizational change management, technology adoption, or a related function.

Demonstrated expertise delivering OCM programs specifically within Microsoft 365 environments.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies, including Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, with an understanding of adoption best practices, valuable use cases, governance considerations, and common user or IT objections.

Experience identifying customer-specific Microsoft 365 use cases and translating technology capabilities into meaningful business outcomes.

Experience with GCC High migration projects, Copilot deployments, Power Platform, or Copilot agent implementations is a plus.

Strong understanding of OCM methodology across communication, training, measurement, adjustment, and champion community development, as well as discovery activities such as interviews, surveys, and focus groups.

Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research and post-implementation assessments.

Proven ability to work strategically with enterprise customers to assess, envision, plan, design, and oversee OCM programs.

Demonstrated experience understanding different customer cultures, business environments, organizational structures, and transformation needs.

Strong consulting and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to recommend process improvements, standardization, and appropriate technology solutions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with creative or design skills that can make communications more engaging and impactful considered an advantage.

Ability to confidently communicate with and influence audiences ranging from C-suite leaders and IT professionals to end-users and change champions.

Strong collaboration skills and the ability to proactively address questions and coordinate effectively across internal and external teams.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to different cultures, and approaching challenges creatively.

A customer-focused mindset with a consistent reputation for delivering high-quality results.

PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner and/or Microsoft Adoption Specialist certification is a plus.

Ability to meet applicable federal agency clearance requirements; U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain required clearance may be necessary for certain engagements.

Benefits:

Competitive salary range of $120,000–$210,000 USD , with final compensation based on factors such as experience, education, training, industry background, and clearance level.
