Accountabilities: Own data quality standards across CRM and marketing automation platforms, including field completeness, accuracy, consistency, and ongoing database hygiene.

Lead deduplication initiatives and establish scalable processes for maintaining clean contact, lead, and account data.

Investigate recurring data quality problems, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions rather than one-time fixes.

Define, monitor, and report on data quality metrics to measure the health and reliability of marketing data over time.

Map and document lead and account data flows across systems, including capture, enrichment, scoring, routing, synchronization, and attribution.

Diagnose integration issues such as sync failures, latency, and data loss, coordinating resolution with internal technical teams and external vendors.

Analyze lead flow data to uncover bottlenecks, leakage, and quality issues that may affect pipeline generation.

Collaborate with Analytics Engineering and Business Intelligence teams on data structures, definitions, and reporting logic to maintain consistency across the organization.

Support the evaluation, implementation, testing, rollout, and post-launch stabilization of MarTech platforms focused on enrichment, orchestration, and automation.

Translate business needs and operational challenges into clear technical requirements and specifications for configuration and integration work.

Maintain accurate documentation covering system architecture, data mappings, integrations, and operational processes.

Partner with Marketing Operations on the data foundations and logic supporting lead scoring models, while monitoring scoring and routing performance after launch.

Identify data anomalies and model drift, and contribute to the ongoing refinement of scoring and routing criteria.

Act as a data-fluent partner to Sales Development, Campaign Operations, Analytics Engineering, and other stakeholders on shared marketing data initiatives.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in marketing operations, sales operations, data management, or a closely related discipline.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and a Marketing Automation Platform such as Marketo, including data structures, field architecture, integrations, and platform configuration.

Demonstrated experience diagnosing and resolving data-flow, integration, or synchronization issues across multiple systems.

Working proficiency with SQL, data mapping, or comparable tools used to analyze and validate large-scale datasets.

Experience supporting or leading MarTech implementations, integrations, migrations, or major platform changes.

Familiarity with data enrichment, orchestration, lead scoring, and lead routing concepts and technologies.

Ability to translate complex, ambiguous, or technical problems into practical plans that can be understood and executed by cross-functional stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to identifying root causes and designing scalable solutions.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Analytics, and technical teams, including distributed teams across time zones.

Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment while managing multiple priorities and initiatives.

Legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis.
