Accountabilities: Serve as a subject matter expert in ICAM architecture across multiple cybersecurity initiatives and environments

Design, develop, and integrate complex system architectures across full lifecycle phases

Provide advanced engineering support for cloud and enterprise infrastructures, including installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of systems and tools

Evaluate customer requirements, conduct analysis of alternatives, and recommend optimal ICAM solutions

Develop technical documentation including architecture diagrams, plans, briefs, and engineering guides

Participate in technical meetings, Agile ceremonies, and cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement of existing processes and solutions

Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to less experienced team members when needed

Support implementation of COTS and GOTS solutions within secure environments

Contribute to system design decisions for enterprise, cloud, and tactical infrastructures

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience (additional experience may substitute for degree)

15+ years of relevant technical experience in systems engineering or architecture roles

Active Secret security clearance (required)

Active Security+ certification or higher

Relevant cloud or computing certifications (e.g., Azure, AWS, Microsoft platform architecture, or equivalent)

Extensive experience with Azure cloud environments

Strong expertise in ICAM technologies and platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, Ping, CyberArk, Radiant Logic, Saviynt, BeyondTrust, Xage, Microsoft identity solutions)

Deep understanding of ICAM standards, protocols, and federal/DoD architecture requirements

Experience designing enterprise-scale architecture solutions in government or highly regulated environments

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex system alternatives

Experience working in Agile environments and contributing to iterative delivery cycles

Excellent communication skills for technical documentation, briefings, and stakeholder engagement

US citizenship required and ability to meet federal clearance requirements
