D365 CE Senior Functional Consultant
Accountabilities: Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements in collaboration with clients and internal project teams
Design, configure, and support solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, and Power Platform
Monitor, triage, and resolve support tickets, ensuring timely and high-quality case resolution
Develop and enhance model-driven and canvas applications using Microsoft Power Apps
Implement and support Power Pages (Portals) and Power Automate workflows as part of client solutions
Guide clients through system upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement cycles
Manage small-scale change requests and projects using Agile methodologies
Ensure adherence to established delivery standards, methodologies, and best practices
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders while maintaining strong communication and documentation practices
Continuously optimize personal and team utilization while contributing to service excellence
Requirements:
4+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement configuration and customization
3+ years of experience building model-driven and canvas applications using Dataverse as a core data source
Strong understanding of Dataverse architecture, solutioning, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
At least 1+ year of experience implementing or supporting Power Pages (Power Apps Portals)
At least 1+ year of experience with Power Automate in enterprise implementations
Experience working in a consulting environment with strong client-facing responsibilities
Solid understanding of CRM business processes and functional solution design
Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and tools such as Azure DevOps is highly desirable
Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-200, PL-100) are a strong plus
Strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment
