Accountabilities: As a Civil Lawyer, you will be responsible for supporting and managing civil legal matters, ensuring accurate documentation, effective case management, and strategic execution of legal activities.

Prepare civil calculations and payment requests related to legal proceedings.

Manage and follow up on cases during the enforcement and execution phases.

Conduct negotiations and support the preparation of legal agreements and settlements.

Update and maintain information in internal legal management systems.

Review case data, documents, and financial information to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Analyze legal information to identify discrepancies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Organize and manage legal documentation and process-related information.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient handling of assigned cases.

Support continuous improvement of legal processes and operational workflows.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has experience in civil law, strong analytical abilities, and excellent organizational skills. You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working collaboratively in a technology-enabled legal environment.

Previous experience working in civil law matters.

Experience preparing civil calculations and managing related legal documentation.

Professional experience with litigation execution phases.

Experience negotiating and preparing legal settlements.

Strong attention to detail and high standards for document review and accuracy.

Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple pieces of information simultaneously.

Analytical ability to identify inconsistencies and evaluate legal data.

Proactive mindset with initiative to solve problems and improve processes.

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with different teams.

Good interpersonal skills and collaborative approach.

Experience using legal management systems is a plus.
