Jasara Program Management Company (Jasara PMC) is a leading joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, established to deliver world-class program management services across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Jasara plays a key role in supporting the realization of Saudi Vision 2030, particularly in delivering giga-projects and large-scale infrastructure developments.

We are seeking a Supplier Relationship Manager to join Jasara PMC. This role will manage strategic supplier relationships following MPA award, ensuring supplier performance, call-off readiness, issue resolution, and sustained value realization throughout contract execution.

Key responsibilities

Establish supplier relationship management processes for awarded MPA suppliers.

Monitor supplier KPIs, service levels, capacity commitments, delivery performance, and issue logs.

Coordinate call-off administration with procurement, development, projects, and suppliers.

Lead regular supplier performance reviews and improvement actions.

Resolve commercial, operational, and relationship issues.

Maintain supplier development plans, lessons learned, and performance scorecards.

Requirements

10+ years experience in procurement, supplier management, contract management, or category management.

Experience managing post-award supplier performance and contractual obligations.

Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline such as procurement, supply chain, engineering, construction management, quantity surveying, business, or law depending on role scope.

Experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, developer-led procurement, or comparable capital project environments.

Strong stakeholder management, governance awareness, commercial discipline, and ability to maintain complete procurement records.
