Community Operation Analyst/Transaction Analyst

o     The content review analyst will implement our clients’ content moderation strategy, monitoring and moderating content to ensure a safe and fun online environment. The role coordinates with internal and external decision makers to support the mission of ensuring a safe and fun environment while providing excellent customer service to cultivate a strong brand presence in the market place.

o     Have the ability to interpret and apply complex policies to content and apply without bias o     Minimum 1 year of working experience (Preferably in a multinational environment) o     Detail orientation and client focus o     Passionate about the internet and online applications o     Willingness to accept feedback and quickly adapt o     Have the ability to deliver quality work in a fast paced environment o     Flexibility with constant changes adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills o     Ability to work in a fast – paced work environment o     Content review experience preferred o     Demonstrates the ability to work as part of team adding positive attitude and solid business acumen o     Ability to communicate in a dynamic environment throughout all management levels Familiarity with navigating, searching, download, installing and uninstalling apps on a phone.

·          Variable work schedule including work hours at night and weekends overtime may be required ·          Work location: Selangor, Malaysia ·          Minimum education background: Diploma and above ·          Candidate must have a good command in English since the training is conducted by English ·          Working hours: 9AM-6PM Shift allowance of RM400 will be provided if the person is arranged to do the shift ·          Fancy Free Lunch is provided
