Was sind meine Aufgaben?

Lead and develop a group of project managers, fostering a performance, learning‑oriented and accountable project culture

Take ownership of complex, high‑impact, or critical projects and programs and ensure delivery on time, on budget and quality

Coach and mentor project managers in leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence

Define, implement, and continuously improve project management methodologies, tools, and governance frameworks

Ensure transparency on project status, risks, dependencies, and financials through structured reporting and KPIs

Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and escalations across projects and interfaces

Support budget planning, cost tracking, and resource management for projects and programs

Promote continuous improvement, lessons learned, and adoption of best practices in project execution

Establish and foster global project management network within Interroll

Was bringe ich mit?

Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or comparable education

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in project or program management in an industrial or technology‑driven environment

Several years of leadership experience managing project managers or cross‑functional teams

Proven track record in delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects successfully

Solid understanding of product development, engineering, and industrialization processes

Project management certification (e.g., PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2, SAFe) is an advantage

Fluent in English; German language skills are required

Strong leadership and people development capabilities

Intercultural competence and collaboration skills

Highest level of accountability and ownership
