• Building up synthetic fluorescent reporters to monitor bacteria physiology
• Genetic engineering of bacteria and bacteriophages

• Construction de rapporteurs fluorescents synthétiques pour mesurer l'état physiologique des bactéries

Profil recherché

• Strong training in Microbiology and bacterial physiology
• Experience in working with bacteriophages
• Knowledge in microscopy and image analysis
• Knowledge in dataset management
• Formation forte en Microbiologie et physiologie bactérienne
• Expérience de travail avec des bactériophages
• Connaissance en microscopie et analyse d'image
• Connaissance en gestion de jeux de donnés
