Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the Accounts Receivable team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Oversee all aspects of accounts receivable operations, including billing, collections, cash applications, and reconciliations.

Develop and implement robust credit policies and procedures to mitigate risk and optimize collection effectiveness.

Monitor and analyze AR aging reports, identifying trends and implementing strategies to reduce days sales outstanding (DSO).

Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer service, and other departments to resolve complex invoicing and payment issues.

Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.

Prepare and present comprehensive AR reports and analyses to senior management.

Drive process improvements and leverage technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy in AR operations.
