Your tasks

IBNC Financial Services, a CMA Category 5 licensed entity, is seeking an experienced and qualified Head of Promotion to lead and oversee the company’s promotional and market development activities. Key Responsibilities: - Advise management on the development and implementation of promotional strategies in compliance with CMA rules and regulations - Develop strategies to support market penetration and business growth - Ensure all promotional activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements - Provide strategic recommendations to management regarding market opportunities and promotional initiatives - Work closely with senior management and the Board on promotion and market development matters

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or another relevant field; equivalent recognized qualifications may also be considered - Mandatory knowledge of UAE rules and regulations - CISI International Wealth Management Certificate – mandatory - Candidates must meet the CMA Fit and Proper requirements - Strong understanding of financial services and regulatory requirements - Excellent analytical, strategic, and communication skills - High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail Only candidates who meet the required qualifications and regulatory criteria will be considered for an interview
