Telesales Intern

Job Description: The Telesales Intern will contact nursery owners and managers across Egypt to introduce the iCare Kids nursery-management platform, qualify their interest, and book product demos for the sales team. You'll work from a warm lead list, log every call in our tracking sheet, and follow up until the prospect is ready for a demo.

The intern will learn: How to run a full outbound sales cycle by phone, qualify leads against a checklist, handle objections, use a CRM/lead-tracking system, and hand off qualified prospects to closers — real B2B SaaS sales experience.

Fluent Arabic and good spoken English

Confident, clear phone voice and strong communication skills

Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily

Organized and consistent with follow-ups and data entry

Interested in sales, SaaS, or the education/childcare sector

Basic Google Sheets / Excel skills
