Looking to take the next step in your food manufacturing career ? Join an established food production environment where you’ll lead daily operations, support new product requirements, and drive improvements in quality and productivity.

💰 Salary: S$3,500 – S$4,000/month 📍 Location: Tuas 📅 Work Week: 5 days per week, rostered Monday–Sunday ⏰ Rotating Shifts: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM 10:00 PM – 7:30 AM

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the operations team in daily food preparation and ready-meal production.
• Plan production activities to ensure customer requirements and production targets are met.
• Translate new customer requirements into practical product designs and specifications.
• Develop and implement production processes to achieve the required product quality.
• Monitor large-scale food production processes and resolve operational issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and production output.
• Work closely with relevant teams to maintain consistent product and operational standards.
• Prepare necessary documentation and communicate operational or product-related ideas effectively.
• Perform other operational duties assigned by the supervisor.

🎓 Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Manufacturing , or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing, food production, or an industrial/central kitchen environment.
• Strong understanding of food processing technologies and large-scale food production equipment .
• Prior experience coordinating or leading production/operations teams will be advantageous.
• Good planning, problem-solving, communication, and written documentation skills.
• Comfortable working on rotating day and night shifts .
• Applicants must have valid eligibility to work in Singapore.
