Mon–Fri 9am-6pm | Ubi What You'll Do Support the design, deployment, configuration, and implementation of network and systems solutions Provide on-site and remote technical support and troubleshooting for customer environments Assist with tender submissions — technical documentation, solution proposals, and PoC setup/testing Support product/technology evaluation and testing Prepare technical documentation, configuration guides, and test reports

What You'll Need Only SG-born citizens can apply (for CAT 1 government projects clearance purpose) Min Diploma in related discipline Min 2 years' hands-on experience in network/systems support or engineering Basic understanding of networking concepts — switching, routing, TCP/IP Exposure to Windows Server, AD, DNS/DHCP CCNA is a plus
