Warehouse Supervisor

CESRO is one of Egypt's leading garment manufacturers, specializing in bottom-wear. The Warehouse Manager will be a key operational pillar — overseeing a multi-site warehousing network that supports both B2B distribution and direct walk-in sales. Role Overview You will own the full warehousing operation at the a mega warehouse handling bulk inventory and B2B order fulfillment, . You'll be responsible for inventory accuracy, team performance, and the smooth flow of stock. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations across warehouse sites, ensuring each runs to its own operational standard

Maintain real-time inventory accuracy across locations — receiving, storage, dispatch, and returns

Lead, schedule, and develop warehouse staff across all sites

Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure stock availability for both wholesale orders and walk-in customers

Implement and maintain SOPs for stock handling, labeling, and movement

Monitor and reduce inventory discrepancies, shrinkage, and damage

Manage inbound shipments from production and outbound dispatch to clients and distribution points

Generate regular inventory and operational reports for the GM

Ensure the in-store warehouse is always presentable, accessible, and stocked to support the retail-facing floor team

4–8 years of warehousing or logistics experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role

Experience managing multi-site or multi-zone warehouse operations

Strong inventory management skills — manual systems and/or WMS software

Background in garments, textiles, or FMCG is a strong plus

Hands-on leadership style with the ability to manage and motivate ground-level teams

Solid organizational and reporting skills

Proficiency in Excel or equivalent inventory tools
