Human Resources Analyst

Location: Nexxus Industrial Park, Guadalupe, Nuevo León, Mexico

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field (required).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Analyst.
• Experience in the automotive, manufacturing, or metal-mechanic industry (preferred).
• Conversational English.

Key Responsibilities

Training

• Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA).
• Plan and develop training programs.
• Coordinate and follow up on training activities for unionized and administrative employees.
• Develop and support internal trainers.
• Ensure compliance with legal training requirements.
• Monitor and report training KPIs.

Recruitment & Selection

• Recruit operational and administrative personnel.
• Implement talent attraction strategies, including job fairs and partnerships with schools and government institutions.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate the candidate selection process.
• Track and analyze recruitment KPIs.

Labor Relations

• Apply labor laws and company policies.
• Handle employee relations matters, including work schedules, disciplinary actions, terminations, Sunday premium, and other labor-related issues.
• Maintain communication and positive working relationships with union representatives.
