- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines.
- Prepare and review shipping and customs documentation.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth logistics operations.
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
- 3–5 years of experience in Import & Export Logistics.
- Good knowledge of shipping procedures and customs documentation.
- Experience dealing with freight forwarders and customs clearance.
- Good command of English.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
